Hydroblasting Technology

Cost efficient, No hazardous or toxic chemicals

Service Offered (Hydroblasting)

Eurelyn electronics focuses on hydroblasting technology to clean pipes, water towers, water tanks, vessels, heat-exchangers, cooling towers, chillers and almost every surface and machines that can be cleaned using water.

Methodology

Hydroblasting Technology is defined by the specialized, precision equipment which directs high pressure (10,000+ psi) streams of water against a surface to clean, prepare, cut or demolish the material.  The use of plain water under pressure makes this technology environmentally friendly without “heat or chemical zones” which can damage surrounding equipment and structures

Before the project begins, we will use manual visual inspections or by using an endoscope inspection camera if needed for the initial inspection of the project. We will also take pictures of the clogs or the equipment and machines that are subjected to hydro-blasting for our report as basis of the existing conditions of the area/equipment’s.

The next step is to warm up our high-pressure water pump to its operating temperature while connecting the right nozzles to be used as a result of the visual inspection. Simultaneously we will connect our water hose to the water supply

Eurelyn will start the cleaning operation at 250 bars (3600 PSI) as for initial operation. This will vary depending on the effectiveness of cleaning. Another Visual inspection will be done after the first cleaning to see the effectiveness and accuracy of the cleaning, the pressure will keep adjusting manually until desired pressure effectiveness is reached. After the optimal pressure is reached, the operation will continue.

After the cleaning process, we will use either a manual visual inspection or a camera supported inspection to see the final outcome of the project. We will also take some pictures of the project for the report that Eurelyn will submit as basis for the completion of work
